Week 4 Team Formation

    With the series of tests like the 16-Personality Test and  Berkeley Innovation Index Test, we had with my team in the 1st week. We came up to forming our team base on the type of personality we had to make the work easier and comfortable for us to do the individual task. Later on, in this article, I will share with you the members of my Team as well as their roles in the team and how we assign each role.



    The first one we have here is Jan Le Roi Racho, he is the hustler in my team. We base this one on his personality test as well as our observation of him. The hustler often conversationally gifted and nauseatingly charming, the hustler has a network to rival that of a wealthy suburban mum. Hustlers are the key to selling a product to the masses, as their way with words could get anyone on board with their vision.
 




    The next one is Homzelle Libanta, she is the hacker of our team. We choose her as the hacker since she is a serious type of person. 
Hackers are your typical tech-heads who routinely appear more machine than human. With a knack for spreadsheets, data, and all things logistics-based, the hacker is in charge of arguably the hardest of tasks — creating the actual product.



    Then we have Erlyn Seroy, she is the hipster of the team. We identify her as hipster since we observe that she is really into design. 
Usually, hackers are working their way into the mix as the designer or creative genius, they'll make sure the final product is cooler than anything else out there. But, not only that, they'll ensure the shade of blue used to accent the font really brings out the subtle homage to an artist from the '70's you've probably never heard of. 



    And finally, I'm Noven Villaber the CEO of the team. They choose me as the CEO because they believe that I have the capability and the personality that is competitive enough to be in that position. A CEO is the highest-ranking executive manager and decision-maker of his or her organization. A company's top executive's duties can be far-reaching and extensive. From deciding on a strategic direction for the company to maintaining awareness of what competitors are doing, CEOs are required to lead, manage and operate at a high level to ensure the success of the business.
