WEEK 3 HOW TO TALK TO USERS

     Hello guys! It's me again Noven. So today I'll be writing about our output, what we have learned, and somehow widen our ideas with the product or service we have.

     We interviewed again 5 users to validate our ideas and further know what they feel or how they feel towards our product. Everyone of us asked the 5 common questions that are discussed in the module for week 3. 

    After doing the interview we sorted their answers and observe and read so that we would able to identify what is the problem that they had been facing or encountered. So that we could able to give a solution to their problem. Not a literal solution but to lessen their burden at least.

    Then we learned that the following are the problem they have been encountered so far :

        1. A faster way of repairing appliances and electrical-related problems. This is one of the concerns of the users that sometimes if the appliances that they use daily is broken it takes time for them to fixed sometimes they can't because they don't know-how. After that, it takes time to call for an electrician or technician to fix it since the technician also has a lot of appliances to fixed before that.

            2. Difficulty in doing home remedy repair for the problem.  If they don't have the basic knowledge or the skills for that problem then for sure they would encounter difficulty in fixing things.

              3. Lack of knowledge in electrical skills and electrical tools that are needed for repairing and fixing appliances. I mentioned in the first reason that they don't know how because lack of knowledge with that since most of their homes don't really have that complete tools in fixing that makes even harder for them to fixed the appliance or damage things in the house.

            4. The solution that they didn’t work can lead to danger like fire and further damages. Some of the interviewees have tried various actions and solutions in fixing it but it didn't work well. Sometimes this kind of action is very dangerous that can cause further damage to the appliance or even more.

    The target market of our ideas is the households that deal with difficulty and wants less hassle and burden in fixing their appliances and electrical-related problems. This works also from those areas far from the repair shop. 

    So we came up with the following solutions:

        1: Provide services that cater to their needs.
        2: Easier access to electricians and engineers
        3: Provide less hassle and affordable services.
        4: Provide jobs for fresh graduates that have the right skill and qualified technicians.

At some point, we haven't tried to do some interviews for the investor or how the investnments work for this project. Maybe next week will try to discuss these ones and ill tell you, readers, what is it all about. But for now, I guess that would be all. Thanks a lot.
